Internal analytical review, at the Project Manager level, of the consistency of the objectives with client requirements. Confirmation with the RSB’s interpretation of the client’s requirements. We conduct in-person interviews to make sure the candidate has good communication skills, necessary technical knowledge and proper attitude to work in a team environment. Review meetings at which all project representatives assess the consistency of individual efforts with the total project goal. Regular coordination with the client in order to ensure that there is a continuing common understanding of what requirements are to be satisfied. In order to minimize transition losses, these meetings include direct beneficiaries of the project. RSB will conduct scheduled as well as unscheduled interim reviews of each candidate placed on the contract.
